Lilia, 3, has multiple chromosome deletion. She loves being in the water, and her wish was to spend time with her family in a hydrotherapy pool. At St. John’s School, Lilia and her family enjoyed a private hydrotherapy pool session, with lifeguard Sarah on hand throughout. To make the experience extra special, Elsa, Anna and Olaf from Frozen joined them in the pool area and sang songs while the family relaxed. Lilia was completely captivated! After the performance, the family enjoyed some quiet time together, supported by toys and a float so that Mum could get a well‑deserved rest, and the family were gifted a warming, bubbling bath mat for Lilia to use at home. Lilia’s mother said “Thank you so much for the effort and support you gave us. You turned Lilia’s wish into a memory we will never forget. All of us, and especially Lilia, had such a lovely time in the pool. The team created a safe, comfortable and joyful space with Elsa, Anna and Olaf singing and dancing! Thank you also for the water mat. It has not only been helpful for Lilia to relax and enjoy this sensation at home, but it has also enabled us as a family to spend more quality time together.
