We want to help relieve the suffering of children and adults living in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire who are affected by a life-limiting or terminal illness, by granting feasible wishes that are important to them and their families/carers and which will create memories to treasure forever.
Founded in August 2018, we have helped more than 50 families locally.
Our values help to nurture every wish we create;
Working with passion and commitment in order to make wishes happen. Creating positive moments that have lasting impact.
Allow contributors to participate creatively in the coordination of each individual wish.
Understanding the needs of every child. Taking the time and care to make a wish unique and specially-tailored to each individual child.
Creating a dynamic, adaptable environment that can respond to the needs of the child, family and/or carers involved.
Keeping the focus on the concept of ‘giving’, in order to bring joy to local children/families/carers and build a caring local community
Locals supporting local. Collaborating with individuals and businesses as much as possible to help nurture the local community.
With every wish we create we pledge to do the following:
We are a small but growing team dedicated to creating moments to treasure.
Founder
Pritti is the Founder of our charity, responsible for the creation and inception of Creating Memories back in August 2018. Since then, she has volunteered tirelessly to make the wishes of local children with life-limiting or terminal illness a reality and applied to make Creating Memories a registered charity in December 2019 and continues to be instrumental in the growth of Creating Memories.
Each one is passionate about what we do and provides vital support.
