Rhys, 6, wished for a birthday video message from someone very special – Mr Tumble. Thanks to our brilliant community on social media, we were able to reach out and deliver Rhys not just a video message from the man himself, but also another video from everyone at CBBC! Rhys was also going to visit London Zoo for his birthday with his family and when we told ZSL about it, they offered to help make the day extra special. Rhys was able to enjoy a special encounter with the Gorillas and had a great time. He also loves his birthday videos so much that he watches them several times a day! Rhys’s mum said “Thank you Creating Memories for the fantastic wish you granted Rhys for his birthday. You went above and beyond for him. With the attention to detail you gave to make this wish happen, you made him feel special and happy. We, as a family, cannot thank you enough for doing this and making our day one to remember time and time again. It’s the little things some people take for granted that make these children happy, and that is definitely what you achieved.
