Wish:

To visit P Louise Cosmetics

When:

February 2025

Where:

Hertfordshire

Description:

12 year old Amelie had been diagnosed with Leukaemia, and her wish was to visit P. Louise to learn some make up skills. At the P. Louise headquarters, Amelie was met with a warm welcome, spending the morning happily learning tips and tricks from professional makeup artists, and following their creative lead. The surprises kept coming, with a VIP lunch held in a private booth, a generous £200 gift from Paige, and photographs with TikTok influencers she recognised – all of which left Amelie starstruck, and her mum full of emotion. Amelie spent the afternoon helping to apply makeup to a model, completely in her element, surrounded by professionals who spoke her “language” and shared her passion. By the end of the day she was glowing with happiness, having fulfilled her dream and learning more than she ever imagined. Amelie’s mother said “We just wanted to say thank you all so very much for making Amelie’s wish come true! You went above and beyond to make this happen and I want you all to know how much we appreciate the time and effort you put into making these dreams a reality! Amelie had the most incredible experience at the P Louise Empire. Everyone we met went above and beyond to make Amelie feel so special and welcome; from the security on the door, the staff on reception and on the shop floor, and the incredible makeup artists we met. Amelie was incredibly grateful for this experience. She learned so much and this has given her a real boost. She had so much fun! We’d like to say a special thank you to Reece for helping her have such a lovely time on the shop floor – showing her around, giving her advice on products and all of the dancing in between! Georgia, what can we say, you are a very special human being. Thank you for being so patient, kind and compassionate while also treating Amelie like a real professional on the day. This really meant the absolute world to her! Creating Memories you have given us memories we will cherish forever; these are memories that money can’t buy and we will be forever grateful to you for that. From the bottom of our very warm hearts, thank you all so much!”
